    I am very interested in continuing my Mandura business, but I am confused about the botteling process. Is the Flash Pasteurization better than normal Pasteurization? I understand that Pasteurization kills off most of the nutrients in the process? Can you help me out on this? Thank You

    Hey Terry, the Flash Pasteurization is a very quick way of destroying pathogenic organisms in the juice which lasts only 15-30 seconds at 71°C. Though regular Pasteurization is only 63–66 °C, it is heats the products for 30 minutes (long time!!) and is more likely to kill the nutrients in these juices! Flash Pasteurization is ideal for these incredibly nutrient dense products! Stick with the Mandura!!
